Eight Common Problems & Solution Of Shot Blasting Machine And Sandblasting Machine
1. The dust of the dust collector contains too much projectiles
If the air volume of the separator is too large, properly adjust the tuyere baffle until the dust removal effect can be ensured, but it is better not to suck out the projectiles.
2. The dust removal efficiency of the dust collector is low
- The wiring of the dust collector fan is wrong, the fan is reversed, and the wiring is re-wired;
- The filter cartridge in the dust collector is not installed firmly or damaged, or lacks the filter cartridge;
- The connection of the dust removal pipeline is not well sealed to ensure the sealing of all parts;
- The cleaned work piece does not fall out as required, the molding sand remains too much, and the dust content of the dust removal inlet is too high;
- The dust collector blowback mechanism is not activated, or the number of activations is small, and the filter cartridge is blocked by dust, and the dust attached to the filter cartridge is removed in time.
3. Bucket elevator does not operate
- Clamp and remove the oversized particles at the bottom of the elevator;
- The belt slips, adjust the drive wheel tensioning device to tighten the belt;
- There are too many shots at the bottom of the hoist, so stop the machine in order and remove the shots.
4. The cleaning effect of the shot blasting machine is not idea
- Insufficient supply of projectiles, add new projectiles appropriately;
- The ejection direction of the shot blasting device is not accurate, adjust the window position of the directional sleeve of the shot blasting device;
- The particle size of the pellets is suitable, and the particle size of the pellets is reselected;
- If the pellets are agglomerated or used for too long, replace the pellets.
5. The door of the cleaning room does not work or cannot be opened
The door shaft is not well lubricated, so add lubricating oil.
6.The parking action of the machine is not agile or does not follow the prescribed action
- Relevant electrical components are damaged, check and replace;
- Too much dust and dirt in the electrical box, and poor electrical contact points;
- Too much dust and dirt on the time relay, and poor electrical contact.
7. The screw conveyor does not work
- The pellets are blocked, shut down in order and clear the pellets;
- The spiral shaft is bent, and the outer diameter of the blade is corrected or polished;
- The welding seam of the spiral shaft head is broken and re-welding.
8. Poor separation effect of separator
- Uneven flow curtain, adjust the flow control panel to achieve full curtain;
- The wind speed in the separation zone is different, adjust the butterfly valve of the separator tuyere to make the wind speed in the separation zone reach 4~5m/s, and adjust the position of the first and second regulating plates.
